Rustproofing

I am thinking of having the underside of my 2007 xk professionalyrustproofed either with waxoyl or dinitrol.I presume because the body is aluminium that the areas that require treatment are subframes and some suspension items.Has anyone any advice on which product is best to use and what are the areas that need treatment.
