Has anyone had any experience of modifying their seats to provide extra legroom? I've been told the seat subframes can have extensions welded to them, even if it means the rear seats have to be removed and replaced by a luggage shelf.

I haven't bought an XK8 yet and neither of the people I know with them seem willing to let me pull the interiors of their cars apart to have a look!
