X100 Passenger sun visor removal

Can anyone advise me how to remove the passenger sun visor from the roof/headlining. The mirror lights up ok but when you put the sunvisor down the flap that is lifted to view the mirror is flapping about as if a spring has broken of become disconnected. Thankyou.

If you look carefully, you will see that the cover at the base of the sun visor is held by a small screw. Release the screw, remove the cover and the two fixings holding the visor to the roof will be revealed. Mike.

Removed the sunvisor as suggested mine had a small screwdriver slit to put the driver in and twist to remove the cover,took the visor off and removed the mirror and found the two small spring clips loose that keeps the mirror taught,carried out a epoxy resin fix that was on u tube and he presto it still is floppy so I will look for a new passenger side mirror,how do I tell the colour of it? grey or beige theres not much difference .
