I have removed the phone and discovered that the cubby has a big hole, the replacement also has this hole, is it possible to get a cubby with no holes to the bottom at all?

There are at least four different part numbers for the liner. If you want to pm me with the car's VIN number, I can see if that will help to narrow down the list. Mike.
