XK8 Floor mats

Hi, I am trying find a set (2) of 'Sable' floor mats for my XK8 (W). I am told that these mats were factory supplied as standard when the car was new. Therefore the mats were not listed as an accessory. Holland Brothers of Lincoln have trawled their UK and Europe parts database without success. If the genuine mats are not available does anyone know of a good quality alternative? The colour is the problem, all aftermarket mats I have found are not going to match my 'Sable' carpet.

Whoever told you that they weren't available as an accessory was wrong

Sable mats up to VIN A11050 ........................ JLM20114AEK

Sable mats from VIN A11051...........................C2S4488AEK

I did a quick search on the JEPC for these part numbers and the placed a search on the David Manners Jaguar parts site , they list them both as £130 a set with a 4 day delivery ,

I think the difference is the amount of fixing holes at the rear of the mat , early cars had two fixing holes and later cars just one ,

I have a brand new set of Jaguar Sable mats still in their original packaging for early cars like mine but I'd like to keep them for when my original mats show any wear , they have two hole fixings so are not quite correct for yours ,

mat to go over the hooks on the floor.

Now you know the Part Number do regular searches on 'Google'/@AltaVista' etc. you would be surprised what turns up as some Main Dealers dump old stock this way.

Re mats for my XK8 (W). Thanks Nick for the part numbers. I rang David Manners and although they list this part number they have to order them from Jaguar. Jaguar don't have any and are unlikley to restock. So my quest goes on. I will try other suggested outlets.
Keep me in mind if anyone hears of these rare beasts!!!
