Does anyone know of a decent independent with the full autologic software or in fact a sympathetic main dealer who have access to the SDD and configuration files to upgrade my car infotainment system for the DAB installation?
Jaguar do not supply the wiring looms. So may be reluctant do do it.

Quite a few of the independents, like David Marks, have one or both sets of diagnostic kit. However, dealer access level isn't always sufficient to alter many of the configuration files. Over recent years, Jaguar seems to have reduced what dealers can get to and reprogram which is why it's important to buy a car with all the options you need already fitted. In this case, I'm afraid I don't know whether dealer access would be sufficient to reprogram the car so that might have to be your second question when you contact a specialist! Mike.

Cheers Mike. I’ll contact a couple of independents. Also the guy in Australia who makes up the looms has a couple of contacts here both just enthusiasts who can do it unfortunately one is in Cornwall the other in Wolverhampton!!!
