Bodywork Repair in Devon

I have a few paint bubbles appearing behind the rear wheel arches just above the bumper 
. Has anyone had this type of bodywork repair in the South West (Devon) and do you have any recommended bodyshops? I'm certain the bubbles weren't there when I bought the car 6 months ago!! It's a shame as the paintwork is near pefect everywhere else.
