Fitting aftermarket DRL's

Has anyone fitted the Adamesh DRL's to there XK yet? I'm having extreme difficulty in attaching the 'red' wire to the green/white cable below the fuse box in the engine compartment. The green/white cable is the ignition live wire. Therefore my question is - Does anyone know where there is another ignition live wire more accessible?
