Upgrading media unit

Thinking of upgrading my media unit in my 2011 XK so that i can mirror phone and use other apps to give the screen a more modern look, have seen this made by NavTool in USA which is plug and play, has anyone got one who can let me know if it does what it says on the tin or does anyone know of any other items on the market ?

Looks interesting for sure. I have tried something similar with a current Jaguar but it didn't quite live up to the hype so it would be good to find someone who has tried this upgrade. Mike.
