wind deflector bars re Jaguar windbreak

I recently sourced a Jaguar windbreak for my 2000 XKR convertible but the windbreak fittings require that the `wind deflector bars' located behind the rear panels have brackets but on my car there are no brackets and hence the fittings cannot be attached.

The main Jaguar dealer endeaoured to source the bars (part numbers HJD 4250 and HJD 4251) but could only source the bars without the brackets.

Any suggestions??
