XKR Rear subframe removal

Hi, have a concern about my rear subframe corrosion and would like to remove, repair and replace with new bushes.
Can anyone assist with the actual procedure for remval from the car, have done a number roof searches on the Internet with no real success?

The old JTIS discs (available on ebay and elsewhere) contain all the necessary info you need for mechanical tasks as does the Jaguar Heritage disc for the XK8/XKR. It's worth getting a copy. It can save a lot of fruitless internet searching! Mike.
