Anyone aware of upgraded wheel bearings that last longer?

Have changed mine twice in the 5yrs of ownership and it seems silly.
Yes it's a heavy car...I appreciate that but there are others heavier that don't require a 30k change.

So along the lines of powerflex bushes (which I have) why isn't a stronger bearing available? (And yes appreciate that the powerflex bushes probably contribute to quicket bearing wear).

Am getting that annoying grating sound when I turn right which is a sure sign...and will be getting both sides changed shortly.

Hi Mark ,
I believe you are correct , later cars have uprated bearings (bigger) but I'm reasonably certain they will only fit the later hub assembly ,
