Front anti roll (sway) bar size

Hi. I need to order new front shock absorbers for my X100 COUPE XKR-S Stratstone (built 2005).
From a VIN search it has R-Performance options. Well it certainly has 20" wheels and R Red Brembo brakes.
But to order the correct shock absorbers do I need to establish if it has the R-Performance handling pack, which apparently meant different shock absorbers or CATS settings?
So I have read that the anti roll bar would be thicker on a handling pack car.
Would anybody who has a "standard" XKR from this era be able to tell me the radius or diameter of their front anti roll bar?
I can then compare it to mine. I think it will be standard but it would be great to know.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the pm with the VIN number. Unfortunately, Jaguar deletes the specification details of its cars from its accessible systems as the cars age and it seems your car's specific suspension details are no exception, i.e. they're no longer available, even though the car's brakes are noted as being 'R Performance'. Jaguar only lists a single, adaptive control, shock absorber for late cars, like yours. It's part number MJB2140EB.

Thinking about it, there may be another way to answer the question of uprated suspension parts. When introduced, the original R Performance front springs were marked with splashes of colour code (pink/purple) and I'd speculate that later cars may have adopted these springs as standard. Careful examination of the old springs might reveal traces of a colour code, which could possibly shed some light on the matter and explain why only a single adaptive damper is listed for later cars. Hi Mike,
Many thanks for your help in searching for data on my car.
Unfortunately, being a Stratstone car it has green Arden lowered springs.
See picture. This is also giving me a problem because one spring is broken, so trying to find springs that match the Arden's without replacing all 4 is proving difficult. I had some sent by a supplier and they were much longer and with thinner coils than the Ardens.
So not wanting to upset the balance front to back, and not wanting to change the whole suspension at this time I am having a front pair of springs made, but I still want to buy the correct new shock absorbers to match what was on the car originally.
So that is how I arrived at the idea of checking the size of the anti - roll bar.

It's interesting to see that Arden's current springs for the XK8/R (https://www.arden.de/shop/en/jaguar/jag ... -25mm.html) are still painted green, albeit perhaps a different shade, and that they are supposedly designed to operate with standard shock absorbers. Mike.

Just thought I would report in that my car is back on four wheels again with new front suspension fitted.
The Adamesh springs seem identical to the Arden ones so the ride height is perfect.
