wheel refurb

i have 20in detroit oyster ,paint is starting to flake and looking tired .is it too costly to get them refurbed or shall i look at new wheels? i am in the liverpool area(plenty of mobile refurbs,i just dont have the space at home ) anybody know of anyone in surrounding area?

I pay circa £40.00 per rim for refurb
I do not know anyone in Liverpool I can point you to though, however our technical guru Bob Bate is in Birkenhead, give him a call or pm him through the BB, he may have some ideas for you
