Flat screw on dust caps on Sepang wheels

Where can I get replacement "flat" dust caps for my 4.2s (Sepang wheels)
And does anyone have a solution to how fiddly the screw-in valves are when inflating the tyres ?

If they are the same as the BBS alloys then here:

They are not very strong, might be better off making your own.
No way around the fiddly inserts I don't think; I don't know if it is possible to get the wheels machined to take a normal tyre valve, save a lot of hassle.
