I have found a supplier of replacement decorative rim bolts for the Senta wheels if anyone is interested.
I have used them for several orders now and had no problems with orders or refunds.

Please note these are a Torx T40 female socket so slightly different to the originals. They are highly polished and a perfect fit, better than the originals IMHO and much stronger.

If you want the original 12 spline female socket they do these as BBS bolts at 24mm long so will need to be cut to length by hand. They are otherwise identical. Link:
