Changing The Brake Fluid

I want to change the brake fluid on my XK8 - is there a set proceedure for removing the old fluid - do you drain from the back and work forwards - if so what side first.
Any advice on doing this job appreciated

The Jaguar recommendation is to bleed in the following order: left front, right front, left rear, right rear. Mike.
