I want to fit a mesh grill to the front and would like some tips on how difficult it is to remove the chrome bits and attach a mesh grill?
Thanks

Easiest way is to remove the nosecone but it can be done without,
Remove the number plate from it's plinth
undo the two screws that hold the plinth to the nosecone
the rabbits teeth are each held on with two firtree fasteners , these can be gently prised up until the heads are clear of the teeth and the heads cut off with a junior hacksaw blade , the remnants of the fasteners an be pushed back through the beam and will fall out
the chrome strake is held on with three firtree's , again prise up and remove as per above ,
the grill can be screwed onto the beam where the rabbits teeth were but is better and neater to fit from behind using "P" clips and self tapping screws , if you decide to fit it with "P" clips you will really need to remove the nosecone ,
Hope this helps ,
