Rear wings on 1998 XK8

This is my first time on the forum so apologies if I get it wrong.

I have a 1998 XK8 convertible which I have owned for around 17 years and I love it. I intend to keep the car in the long term, although I do not expect to show it as it already has 150k on the clock!
It has developed rust around both rear wheel arches and rust is coming through the wings behind the rear wheels.
I have spoken to my local body repair shop, who is very good but not a Jag specialist. He recommends replacing both rear quarter panels but says they are no longer available from Jaguar.
So my questions are:
1) Is replacing the rear quarter panels the correct method of addressing this rust problem ?
2) Where can I get a pair of rear quarter panels ?
3) Can anyone recommend a Jag bodywork specialist in North Hampshire/ Basingstoke / Reading area?
4) Are there other areas of likely rust that I should be addressing at the same time?

To other problem I have is that there is green mould on the soft top. How should I clean it and stop the mould ?

Sadly you are not alone in suffering this problem! Which is probably why SNG Barrett have found it economical to provide a repair kit.

I've also seen them a bit cheaper on Ebay from other suppliers. Take your pick!

Presumably any repairs needed by the inner wings can be fabricated locally.

The footwell floors are another common area for rusting badly in way of the doubling plate attached underneath. These plates were attached as part of the production process and have no useful purpose now. Also check the front cross member under the radiator and the front inner wings, especially where they are hidden behind the uprights of the alloy cross member to which the suspension wishbones are attached.

Many thanks for your prompt and helpful reply.
Unfortunately,the rust has gone beyond just the edge of the wheel arch. I have serious rust coming through the bottom of the rear wing. Any idea where I can buy a new rear wing - or will I have to resort to a second-hand one from a scrapped car?

I found this in 'another place'. It's a comprehensive illustrated description of the whole process of carrying out a lower wing transplant. It doesn't really get going until Page 2, the repair on Page 1 having proved not too successful! What follows is not for the faint-hearted !
