Door card

Does anybody know if the centre section of the door card above the grab handle can be removed on it's own or does the whole card have to be taken off?

The door card on a steel car comes off in one piece. Take out the blanking plug in the handle escutcheon to reveal one fixing; take out the door pocket trim mat to reveal another securing screw;release plastic stud holding trim at front of pocket & switch pack fixing screw, remove fixing below switch pack; ease casing from 8 studs & disconnect connectors; remove casing. Mike.
