Advice Belt tensioner

Hi Folks
Can anyone advise of any issues with removing/replacing the steel bolts in the Ali casting holding the Serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulley on my 2002 4.2 XK8 ?
Also does anyone know if thread lock is advisable on re fixing the bolts and does anyone know the correct torque settings for each bolt please ?

Bolt torques:
Accessory drive belt idler pulley retaining bolt 45NM
Accessory drivebelt tensioner retaining bolt 40NM
