When I looked under the seat the module was hanging by the wires
Looking closer the module itself has been ripped or levered off the seat.

The plate is supposed to be bolted to the module then the plate to the seat..
This is what is left of it;

As a matter of interest the electric headrest appears not to be wired directly to this module and works independently of it when the seat back is tilted... although the height adjustment IS connected?
I took the drivers module off (to substitute test) and found it with one side of the bracket ripped out, so I eased the bolt head and bits back together and got out the glue ! Not pretty but unless you are lying in the footwell, upside down, holding a mirror and peering through a slot.. you won't see it!
With the driver one connected to the passenger seat (they are not handed) and the controls now work, so the passenger module is duff.
A visual inspection reveals nothing amiss on the circuit board and I can't check much more than that because of lack of specifications.

What I do know is it is a Ford part number 1w8f-13c789-ab with a Jag part number LJE2160AB/XXX
any one got one to sell??
