Display LED for Aircon/temp on dash

The right hand side of the LED panel for the Aircon/temp display on my 1997 XK8 has gone dim. Is this likely to be a bulb, or could there be another explanation?

Most Jaguar dashes have two bulbs illuminating the temperature read-out, so it's quite likely that one has failed. They're not that difficult to change provided you're careful about not damaging the slightly delicate plastic fixings en route to the bulbs. Mike.
