Since I had some the repairs to the bodywork carried out (rear wing replaced) there have been intermittent electrical problems when the horn, indicators, wipers and lights didn’t work, the quarter light windows don’t always go up and sometimes it’s stuck in park.
I was away for a while and on return it seems to be a permanent problem now.
I’ve replaced the battery with a new one but haven’t had any time to do anything further, and I’m back abroad now. There is an error message now to “CHECK REAR LIGHTS” which is new, so I’ll start there when I get back.
All fuses are OK and relays have been reseated.
I suspect it is the BPM as that is linked to most electrical problems that I’ve read about.
Am I on the right track?

Re: Horn, indicators, wipers, lights intermittent
You may be confusing the BPM with the S & LCM (security and locking control module). The former is located inside the car whereas the S&LCM is in the boot. Due to failures and no longer being available from Jaguar, S & LCMs are getting quite difficult to find. Definitive diagnosis is difficult without using proper Jaguar or Autologic diagnostics kit. Could it be that something was disturbed during the bodywork repairs? Maybe a loose connector or earth?
