X150 XKR Coupe Centre Brake Light

Hi all, slight long shot here but I am on the hunt for a Centre Brake Light for my partner's X150 XKR Coupe. Technically it still works, but some of the LEDS have failed, and from my research you need to replace the whole unit. New they're about £300 (though i found a used one on ebay for about £150, which still seems a bit steep). Does anyone know of a parts broker somewhere that might stock this? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Understear is when you hit the wall with the front of the car, and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take the wall with you.
