Fog Light Replacement N/side..problem !

Have replacement fog light to fit, having removed w/arch access panel I note the screen-wash bottle is in front of existing fog/light.

Do I remove complete liner & access panel ...What about the front bumper..?

Does the s/wash bottle have to come out..?

What is best procedure..?

The MY2002 underside splash shield below the radiator is different to the one I'm familiar with, but I believe that removing it should give you the access you need.
