Headlight adjustment for Europe

How do I adjust the Xenon headlights on a 2005 XK8 4.2S for driving in Europe. I have been told there is a leaver behind the headlight.

Not sure the XK8/X100 lights have levers - I know the Alloy /X150 model does.
I put headlamp 'deflectors' on my previous XK8 - motor shops sell the stick on vinyl thingies cheaply.

Jaguar used to sell clip on Perspex headlamp covers for X100s. Some were completely clear (headlamp protectors). Others had black taped patches already in place, ready for continental driving. The covers still crop up on ebay and elsewhere from time to time. Just make sure they have all the necessary clips with them or fitting them will require some ingenuity. Mike.
