Lumbar Support

Postby Panthera » Fri Jan 25, 2008 1:15 pm

I've put my settings into the memory on my 99T drivers seat but each time I use the car I have to reinflate the lumbar support (whether using memory or not) is this normal, cos it's a bit of a nuisance.

I haven't got memory with my seats, but I have also noticed that the lumbar support needs to be reinflated after the engine has been off.

I also have memory seats, although, I never seem to need to adjust them as I am the only driver - my wife prefers to use the passenger seat.
I don't seem to have the same symptoms as you, Panthera, but do have to reinflate the lumbar support occasionally (couple of times a year or so).

I can't suggest a cure, other than taking it to a specialist to check it out.
