There is nothing like it going on anywhere near my neck of the woods (Wymondham) as far as I know.
The first stage is to get expressions of interest from people who would be keen to attend such an event on a regular basis, so please do respond to this post if that is you.
I am thinking most probably a Saturday morning, about 9.30 at a venue who offer a decent breakfast and equally as important a large car park free of obstructions. As such I also invite possible venue recommendations.
Naturally this is open to anyone who would be interested, not just us Norfolk'ites. It just depends how far you are prepared to travel on a regular basis to attend such an event, but all are welcome.
