Stupid question, apologies. If iCarsoft says the Right front parking sensor is faulty I am assuming that means offside, yes? That is right side from sitting in drivers seat..

Yes - I think you're correct.
You might be able to confirm it by putting the ignition on and the car in gear (engine NOT running for obvious reasons!) and listening for clicking from the front sensors in turn. If the front right is silent that will confirm the diagnosis.
Mike K is the absolute expert on parking sensors - stand by - he'll be here shortly! :D

David is rather overly kind! I know a little about parking sensors!!

Yes, from my experience with these units, sitting in the drivers seat, right front appears to indicate outboard off side unit.

Damn, thought as much! Bob Bate assured me that the sensor was ok, but of course I had to prove it myself too.... either a wire issue or a problem with the parking module, which Bob could not locate..
Looks like it is either a main dealer trip (at huge expense), or fit my own reversing camera...
