Eastern & Western Days 2015 - Forum Display cars

This year, the Club would like to make a few changes to the usual format adopted for the Forum displays at the national events. Rather than having simple displays of examples of models for each Forum, it would make a change to be able to display cars showing what goes wrong and where. That's possibly easier said than done but it would be good to give it a go.
So, instead of needing outstanding examples for the display, if you have an XK8 or XK with evidence of corrosion and would be prepared to display it decked out with a few large arrows drawing attention to where buyers and owners should look, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Similarly, if you would be prepared to offer your XK8/XK to demonstrate where mechanical issues arise, please contact me. We will need cars for both Eastern and Western days.
With XK8s and XKs being popular buys for club members, showing everyone the problem areas, what to look for and where, will be a valuable service and will make a change from only demonstrating the wonderful good looks of the XK8/XK range of cars. Any volunteers? Mike.
