Modern XK Celebrations at Blenheim 2021

As many of you will no doubt have seen in the Friday Spotlight; and across the website and magazine, the 2021 Jaguar Summer Festival at Blenheim Palace, over the weekend of 14th to 16th of May 2021, will be celebrating some notable anniversaries for our Jaguar cars. Now included in those celebrations will be 25 years since the introduction, in 1996, of the Modern XK, the X-100 (1996 – 2006), but we also want to feature the newer X-150 models (2006 – 2014), so if you own one of these fabulous cars – and at the last survey, over 28% of the JEC membership did own a Modern XK – then make your plans to be part of the ‘Modern XK Celebrations at Blenheim’.

We will be looking for examples of the Modern XK that can represent us in the parade and there will be more on that at a later date, but note that the parade in 2021 will be restricted to a more modest / manageable number, but we are also looking for those XK owners who are planning on coming along to the Jaguar Summer Festival to come and park together in our Modern XK allocated area. We would hope to have a display that showcases all of the different iterations of these fantastic machines across their production run. If you have a limited edition, or a ‘special’ or simply a well-worn but loved example, ensure you get in touch to confirm your attendance and join us for a great day out with fellow enthusiasts.

Hi All, the Jaguar Summer Festival at Blenheim Palace is now only 3 months away and if you have been reading the JE Magazine, you will know that we are collecting and collating details of those Modern XK Owners who are interested in parking together in an exclusive parking area at Blenheim Palace. As always, the magnificent Modern XK owners have risen to the challenge and already the numbers registering their interest are nearing 100 cars - so a decent display is already on the cards, but we want to make it 'An Impressive Display', so come on, drop me a note and get on the list for the Modern XK parking area soon.
