2 minutes' help please!

For some years the XK8 Forum has run a number of successful Forum-specific events. Typically, these have been Sunday runs with the option of accommodation and a meal beforehand plus a Sunday lunch or longer continental trips to interesting destinations. Whilst we put our thinking caps on for 2016, it would be really helpful to have members' inputs on the types of events which you would be keen to support by your attendance. Equally, we are always pleased to receive offers of help in organising events too. Just make contact by email or phone to discuss your involvement.

Consequently, if you could spend 2 minutes cutting and pasting the following table into an email (addressed to Jim Mann, jim.mann@jec.org.uk) and then fill it out and send it before the end of September, we will have a better chance of arranging events that you would like to attend next year. Completing the table won't commit you to attendance but it will help Jim and I decide what types of Forum events we should be planning for 2016 and beyond. We know we can't hope to please everyone all the time but we try our best!

I am presuming then that you have a list of possibilities down the left and a series of boxes to the right of that list with the very interested, might be interested etc on?

Not sure what you are asking "Please specify any regions of special interest, Forum Representation at Main JEC Days."

Your presumptions about the tabulation are correct. The reference to specifying regions was associated with choosing 'Long weekend in England' in order to narrow down the options. The selection of 'Forum representation at main JEC days' is to indicate if you'd like more Forum-specific activities at those events (anything from parking together onwards). Mike.
