I have been a member of the club since 2005 and have had a number of different Jags, but in August I was lucky to buy an XK60 Convertible registered May 09. 
Message for Mike, I got theft cover from LV without having to have a Tracker due to being with them since 1968!

Glad to see you are enjoying the new car. Being another long term customer, LV used to insure my XK (without requiring a tracker) until my XJR (insured with FJ) was written off by a woman who ran into the back of me whilst the XJR was stationary. Then, the nice people at LV decided that was reason enough to increase the premium on my XK so I took my business elsewhere! Several first time customer members approaching LV for quotes have been required to fit trackers but have been offered reduced premiums (typically around £100 p.a. less) for doing so. Mike.
