My First Jag

I'm new to the club and to the world of Jaguars so just wanted to say hello.
I bought and collected my first Jaguar today - a '98 XK8. I've attached an image of the car.

Welcome from a fellow Irish enthusiast to the club. You have done the right thing joining the JEC as there is a lot of advice and help available from fellow enthusiasts. By the way we have a very active Irish Region of the club going mainly based in the Cork area ( I am in the Kingdom of Kerry myself). We meet on the last Wednesday of every month in Cork and during the summer period we have a few runs and weekends away. During the rest of the year we have some events as well including technical evenings. Did you get the car from Deerpark Motors? Noticed it on Carzone. One of our members dealt with Deerpark and found them extremely helpful.

@dg4cars - Yeah, bought it from Deerpark Motors. Very sound to deal with. Good to hear their is an active club running in Ireland. I'm from Galway so it would be a nice spin down. Hopefully I can make some of the meetings. This is my first Jag so pretty much learning as I go!!
I'll definitely keep an eye on the site.
