I'm new - hello!

Hello everyone.
I'm a new and very proud owner of a 2002 4.0 litre XK8. Midnight black with ivory leather interior.
I bought it last December, when I shocked everyone I knew by trading in my 1.0 litre purple Corsa for this beautiful beast. I must be one of the few people in the world to have benefited from the world economic crisis, there's no way someone like me should ordinarily be able to afford this fabulous car.
Affectionately known as "Tiddles" (in the "big cat" ironic sense, not a cuddly one...), the XK8 makes me smile even just looking at it. And I find myself grinning like an idiot even on the drive to work (I am sure the men in white coats will be coming to get me sometime soon).
My shocked friends have been very patient with me up till now, as I burble on at length about the joys of my new jaguar. But the time has come to meet up with some other XK8/R owners or else "normal" people are going to start avoiding me at parties.
So here I am!
I would like to take it on a rally and considering the London-Brighton run in April. Have any of you been on such a rally? And did you enjoy it? I think I may some special insurance, ESure state not covered for rallies or track days. Any sugguestions?
Thanks!
Lisa
