Many thanks for the warm welcome ! All I need now is for this weather to clear up so I can get the car out !

The interior is Ivory with a rosewood dash, and is in lovely condition due to the care and attention given to the car by the previous owners.


Hoping for a break in the weather tomorrow so I can take the car to the classic car big breakfast at the Haynes motor museum.

Great car bud - my favourite colour combination. Enjoy!!

Hello all, it's been an eventful bedding in period with the XK, I think I have done more miles in the last 4 weeks than its done in 3 years, however this has thrown up a few issues!
So I found out that plastic water pump impellers are rubbish ! Luckily found all the broken ones !
Also when diy mechanics change spark plugs they strip threads off the coil bolts and covers and tighten the plugs in way too tight ! Almost thought we were going to lose a plug at one point which as my mechanic politely put it "that would be a flippin nightmare" lol
However now all running as sweet as a nutt and I am looking forward to a Sunday blast to Lyme Regis for fish n chips tomorrow !

Only small issues is a good news story. Sadly, it's tough to buy any car without finding something has been neglected or abused. The important thing is, did you enjoy the blast to Lyme Regis? Mike.
