It has now been a year since I bought my convertible and I am still besotted.
Yesterday I got it back from its MOT and annual service at our local specialist.
It came back with no advisories or extras needed on the service.
The only replacement parts I have needed have been new batteries for the remote.
The garage were full of praise of the condition for a 13 year old car and don't expect to see me until the same time next year.
After a steady stream of bits and bobs needing attention with my previous car(TVR) this has been a trouble free delight and hopefully a reassurance to any prospective owners.
Just buy the best one you can get instead of having to sort a 'bargain' and enjoy it!

Re: First year
Whilst, almost by definition, most Forum postings are about problems, it's good to redress the balance and log a few comments on the worry-free motoring most Jaguar drivers enjoy today. Mike.

Re: First year
This is why I put my post in new arrivals.
As well as being happy and pleased with my Jag as we all are, I felt the need to put all the very relevent warnings that are given to prospective buyers in perspective.
Generally these beautiful cars are well made givers of pleasure. Whoosh
