Its easy to keep things that clean...just replace the bits when they get dirty...

Hi John, Just returned from holiday (hence the delay in responding), you shouldn't have to keep entering all your details when you enter the Forum. Have you cracked it yet? If it's still a problem, try contacting the Webman who controls all the techy aspects of the site. He'll sort you out (so to speak). Mike. :D
