Rare to see any XJS these days let alone another white one. The reg number isn't in the register (Begins X...)

If you are the owner and local to Winchester/Southampton it would be interesting to meet up.

A warm welcome to the site Mick. Amazing to see it recoverd after that accident

It would be interesting to hear more details about the repair work, quite a story there.

the most important moral of this story is to read ALL the small print of your insurance policy 1st offer £1500 and dont be scared to argue second and final offer £2850 and use the financial omburdsman service £5500
new parts full rear taunau /lower 1/4panel / sill / 3 peice front valance / grill
used parts wing / door / front and rear bumpers / washer bottle
2months and 5k later graham at stallion turned a wreck into a beautifull car again
the comments we got from visitors to the NEC last november were amaizing

You have to watch insurance companies. We had a guy with a series 1 XJ that was hit up the rear at a roundabout. The isnurance company wrote it off - and TOLD him a cheque for £800 was in the post!! 'It's just an old Jag' was their justification.
After a lot of arguing, and several letters from us including valuations, they finaly gave in at £4000 + the car. The car is now repaired back on the road :-)

Great work on the rebuild Mick.

We look after a white 1989 V12 XJS with blue interior. It has just had a lot of 'tidying up' work completed.

All the best,
Keith
