Yes..........I'm in Lilac Luurrrvvv.

This is Libby's new motor to replace her '95 Scorpio Ultima Cosworth, which after long and faithful service finally had to go.
It's a 2000 Mercedes Benz SLK 320 Elegance (3.2V6 215 bhp) Coupe, 5 speed tiptronic auto.

Having got "no previous" with Mercs I am delighted to say that it's a lovely motor, drives fantastic and goes VERY well.

The colour is actually Quartz Blue metallic and I truly think it's lovely.

As for the baseball cap there it was in the glass case at Sytners MB main dealers and I just had to have it.......... I can offer no excuses.

See you all at Thoresby this weekend where I shall be firmly in XJS mode.
