What a Waste

Postby MichaelSB » Thu Apr 30, 2009 6:16 pm

I went to view a 23k mile celebration convertible yesterday for sale up north, the guy said he bought it as a ex demo car in 1996.

Well he needs shooting it is so sad to see how unloved and neglected the car was, I went with the cash ready and insurance arranged only to find this sad car and at £13k I decided to keep my cash and continue my search.

So £240.00 wasted on train fairs and a heavy heart I headed home.

Rant over! sorry :x :x :x

What a Waste

Was the £240 really wasted Michael?

I think not. You did the right thing by walking away.

Just think, if you had gone and bought the puppy just because you felt sorry for it, it would have proved a hell of a lot more costly to put it right....

Still, £240 for public transport is a bit rich. And that's what our 'glorious leaders' want us to turn to once they have priced petrol out of our reach?

Don't get me started...
