Early 3.6 XJS water pump

Hi All,

I have recently purchased a 1984 XJSC and I am currently recommissioning it.
The water pump is leaking coolant, I have removed it and the bearings and seals have failed.
I have found a part number EAC5962 but nobody seems to have one in stock.
Would anyone know where I could get one from or know of a company who reconditions these?

Apparently David Manners offers a reconditioning service.

I did email David Manners, they can have it repaired but its a 4-6 week lead time.
I may have to go down that route though I think.

Also remember the same engine was used in the XJ40 saloon, I'm not sure if it would be the same part number, can't see why not, but it might widen your search.
