TWR Wheels

Hi all,

it's been a long time and I've forgotten something.

I used to race a V12 XJ-S and had the TWR wheels 8 x 13 x 33mm off-set fitted all round. I've come to fit these to my latest two-tone TWR Sport XJ-S (like the forum pic. car, but with a hatch-back) and can't recall what size spacer was fitted (5 or 10 mm) to get them to clear the steering drop arm (the original TWR fronts were 19 mm off-set).

Anyone got any experience they can share?

I've got a set of 5 re-furbished Fondmetal 7.5J x 16 x 28,5 mm off-set that came with the car but to my eyes don't look as good against the body-skit as the flush / aero. TWR wheel design. I have a good spare and 4 ex race shaved Toyo's too. Any interest to anyone?

Correction: the Fondmetal wheels are 7J x 16 x 21,5mm.

I think 5mm spacers on the front are all I need. Can anyone confirm that? I know I used that size when fitting the XJR wheels to my face-lift for the front, as they were 8J x 18 x 28,5mm, whereas the Jaguar Otto Fuchs lattice wheels were 8J x 18 x 33mm offset.
