Jaguar X300 XJ6 XJR 94-97 Black Half Wood & Leather Steering Wheel for Facelift XJS

Hello,
Probably 'clutching at straws', but is there a way of fitting the Jaguar X300 XJ6 XJR 94-97 Black Half Wood & Leather Steering Wheel ,including its airbag, on to a facelift XJS?
They are around the same period, but obviously different.
The actual XJS Celebration ones do not come up that often and if they did, people want about £500+ for them!
The Jaguar X300 XJ6 XJR 94-97 Black Half Wood & Leather Steering Wheel on various sites ,come in at £85-£120.
Myrtle Ltd only offer full wood wheels(£475),but personal choice, its too much wood for me.

Yes indeed David,
Wouldn’t a company be on to a winner ,if they could cut into the standard black wheel and then put a wood rim insert on,of your choice of wood ...arhh....in my dreams!
Better start saving and hoping for a Celebration wheel then (but not urgent)

Remember if you're looking out for Celebration wheels, there is a slight difference in the airbag on a US wheel. You need to fit a US airbag with a US wheel because of the position of one of the bolt holes. So don't get caught out!
