fuel pump relay

I have a 1996 4.0 Celebration coupe. It won't start. It seems as though the fuel pump is getting no power to it (on cranking). But I can't find where the fuel pump relay is. Any ideas? Thanks

It's tucked away to the right of the battery box behind a cover.
Here's a picture of the relevant page of the repair manual.
