Ok I now have to get on with the rest of my waxoyling so if anyone know the answer to the following please let me know

What is the best method of access to the sills and the long reinforcing tube inside the sill ? do I need to drill holes in the sill tops and plug after or is there an alternative.

I do have a ramp so access from underneath is easy.

I'm afraid you have to get the drill out m8

not too bad, all you need is a 1/4 hole and get some grommets to plug them up after

Michael,

f you want to get inside the tube, you'll have to drill in from the end and access is obviously easier from the rear than from the front. However, if you want to acess the maiin sill chamber, then obviously you can do that by drilling in from the top, side or the ends.

Just a personal opinion, but if you've got a long lance extension then it might be easier to drill all access holes from the rear end of the sill.

Perhaps the easiest way would be to ring Alan Proctor and ask him how he does the sill and sill tube.

Good luck and lest us know what you do eventually
