Pete,
You haven't detailed what model you've got but I would always look first at Jaguar themselves for panels -
www.jaguarclassicparts.co.uk
You might be pleasantly surprised at what is still available and, in my limited experience, they have more chance of fitting than some pattern parts.

BB,
Do you know if the panels were supplied by Jaguar or their own pattern parts? David Manners is a "pseudo" dealer and therefore has access to the Jaguar parts system.

they were ' jaguar ' parts , and carried Jaguar production stickers and were made as repair and replacement panels from the original press
as far as i can remember none of them were ' after-market ' ones , i do have one of these for the boot lid , but wasnt bought from DM ,
Martin Robey also supply original spec panels , and the prices between them can vary quite a bit
