Best polish!??
Hi,
I just saw this thread and thought I'd add my 5p worth! I've been using Harly Wax on my cars for some time now and it's most impressive stuff.
It's pure Carnuba wax and doesn't leave a powder when you buff it off, so no residue around badges or trim. It's also good to use on chrome.
When using it for the first time, I use 3M Hand Glaze to take any imperfections out of the paint and then finish with a coat of Harly. Always looks superb.
If you do use it though, it comes in a tin as a hard wax. It's best to apply it by hand - yes that's using your hand and not a cloth. The heat from your hand melts the wax and makes it easy to apply. buff with a soft cloth.
I've used Autoglym and other products such as Mer but this is better than those, both in ease of use and in finish...
The wax finish lasts for a long time, as well. I buy it on eBay from this chap:
