Just thought i'd post up the pics I took when I replaced both floorpans.
Reason for change was previous repairer had used chassis steel from front to back.

In doing so had ruined inner sills front seat mount box section and rear heel boards, thus all removed.

The same repair has been done on both sides of the car now, the worst job was getting the old non original floor out, as it was chassis guage steel it couldn't be cut by hand easily so I used a power nibbler to get it out, even so I went throuth about 5 bits on the nibbler.
The welding they had done was absolutely laughable (considering it was a garage that did it) I would class it as (pardon the expression) 'Pidgeon s**t' welding. Looked like they just kept welding and welding on top as some of the welds were over 1/4" thick.
So floorpans, seat mount box section, rear heel boards, front jacking points now done. Only thing left on this section is to cut some holes into the inner sills and heel boards for the good old Waxoil to stop her rotting again.
Floorpans replaced
